Process Timeline

The FAA issued a Finding of No Significant Impact and Record of Decision (FONSI-ROD) for the Project on July 5, 2014. The FONSI-ROD is available for download here.

Written comments on the Draft EA for the North Texas OAPM Project were accepted by the FAA until November 18, 2013.

The Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) document for the North Texas OAPM Project was released and made available for public review and comment on September 30, 2013. The Draft EA documents are available for download here.
